Princeton 2007
Great Trip Ladies!!! The ride home was both fabulous and grueling at the same time. On Sunday,
Tracy Mitchell, Keri, Rhonda and myself ( Colleen) got back to the channel in Penticton shortly after 4:00.
Have to say the last bit of the trail was very soft sand and was quit grueling to get through. DOWN RIGHT HARD!!
After we got through that and came off the trail at the train station, we went over the tracks to the Rodeo grounds and jumped on to more trail, the KVR and Tran Canada trail, and it was fabulous, hard, smooth ground and above the valley and the train tracks, we did see the train go by. It got us to Fenwick and Fyffe road in Summerland. Just like Kathy's map she gave us (Thanks Cathy for you hard work on this shuttle bus and all.), Then on to Victoria Rd S, a few other roads and down a big hill to Summerland Sweets, then over the trestles back to the KVR.
I for one was glad to get home. Had a fabulous week end and can't wait till next Year!!
